Samples
Lab-produced samples are only available if specifically requested by a customer.
Pre-shipment samples are ready any time they are required. We keep the material until getting answer from our customers but within 15 days. Customer Can get the samples  information By Ups Express or DHL express.

Deliveries
We will deliver the goods strictly according to the buyers instruction in time, we ensure the package with correct labels and shipping marks , and the packing will be in compliance with safety and environmental requests..

Deliveries Advice
Shipping Advice would be followed after deliveries within 24. The client also can received all the copies of Document.

Documents
We will supply the buyer with full and correct documents that requested by them and fax them a copy as soon as the goods is dispatched.

Claims
We accept total responsibility for the quality of all products shipped to customers, and is responsible for settling all quality claims. Material with bad quality may be returned or replaced immediately after reconfirming with the remained batch sample.
